Mechanical strength: Its mechanical properties meet the requirements of restorations in anterior and posterior teeth.
Optical properties: Opalescence and fluorescence compatible with dental structure
Schott glass: Llis' formulation is based on modern concepts, containing glass fillers made by the German company Schott, one of the most renowned brands in the dental market. These fillers combine high purity, finer grains, refractive index close to dentin and excellent radiopacity.
Simplified Shade System: Features main shades for enamel, dentin and translucent shade.
High shade stability: Esthetic logevity of the restoration.
Excellent Polishing: Esthetic restorations.
• Restorations of anterior and posterior teeth of classes I, II, III, IV and V.
• Direct veneers in resin composite.
• Bonding of tooth fragments.
• Reduction and/or closure of diastema.
• Core build up
• Non-carious cervical lesions.
Step by step
To select the composite’s shade that is compatible with the natural teeth shade, perform prophylaxis. The teeth must be clean and hydrated, without isolation, as dehydration can change the teeth’s shade.
Prepare the cavity and keep the tooth free from contaminants, preferably with absolute isolation.
The application of phosphoric acid and dental adhesive must follow the protocol of the respective products used.
In order to insert and light cure the composite, we recommend the increment technique, as it allows better material performance. Increments of up to 1.5mm should be inserted into the cavity, conformed and light cured for the specific time recommended for each shade.
Incrementally fill the cavity until completing the restoration.
Check for occlusal contact, and finish and polish the restoration. For finishing, you may use sanding disks Diamond Pro (FGM), or burs of fine granularity; for polishing, we recommend using felt disks Diamond Flex (FGM) and polishing pastes Diamond Excel (FGM).
