Why, once folded, does the component suffer a light return?
The return is due to the elastic component of the material, which, before plastically deforming (definitive deformation) suffers an elastic deformation, which goes back to its original state after concluding the application of the force. That return is already calculated in the folding device, with a compensation reapplied to the final component.
