Optimization of aesthetics in the anterior region: cemented ceramic veneers with Allcem Veneer (FGM)
Female patient, 22.
Healthy and slightly misaligned teeth.
The patient had good oral health and hygiene habits. In the clinical exam, teeth 11 and 13 presented wear on the incisal surfaces. Tooth 21 showed a slight difference at the gingival level when compared to tooth 11, in addition to a slight change in the color of the teeth.
Gingivectomy/gingivoplasty was conducted on tooth 21 with the objective of improving the zenith. On teeth 11, 12, 13, 21, 22, and 23, preparations were done on the incisal, vestibular, and interproximal surfaces (0.5 mm) with the 3195f diamond tip (KG Sorensen). The impression was done with addition-cure silicone, using the single-pass technique.
