It is a low viscosity gel, colorless and translucent. It is indicated to complement the photopolymerization of the last resin layer and other cements that need absence of oxygen for their cure (polymerization).
It does also help the marginal sealing of resinous material-tooth interface at dental restorations by precipitating fluorine salts and promoting space reduction.
