
FGM dental products was born from the partnership of its founders, the couple.Friedrich Georg Mittelstadt and Bianca de Oliveira Luiz Mittelstadt, with the Operative Dentistry Discipline of the School of Dentistry at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC)
At that time, dental bleaching in Brazil was very costly, therefore the need for the production of a national product begun, a product that was affordable and of high quality.
In 1993, FGM introduced the Whiteness bleaching gel, The first product of its kind 100% national production, developed with the aid of PhD. Luiz Narcizo Baratieri, and PhD. Gilberto Archari both professors at the Federal University of Santa Catarina.
Almost three years later, FGM opened its first headquarter in Joinville, measuring just 130 square meters.
By accomplishing great success, FGM moved to its new headquarter, now measuring 2000 square meters of built area. Supported by a highly qualified R&D team, FGM invested in technology and developed a project that would innovate the dentistry market. In 2004 the company was certified by ISO 9001:2000.
In 2006 FGM surprised by launching Opallis resin. Since then, there have been just reasons to celebrate. FGM’s products received EC (European Community) certifications and began to be exported to 49 countries.
In 2007 FGM was certified by the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) with the Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practices and Control of Products for Health.
Nowadays FGM counts on 45 sales professionals, and on a great differential the work performed by dentists Letícia Ferri and Constanza Odebrecht, who support our professionals so that FGM always develop the best alternatives in products.
